How do i play medal of honor on my laptop?

My laptop is a dell inspiron 1525 model. Does this support playing the new medal of honor? I tried playing it but the graphics are too slow and killing me totally. Any advices how i could rectify this and play the game.

Changing laptop/ new pc and such over ambitious plans are not my cup of tea.
