This effort to kill Osama took guts %26amp; training. I think it give new meaning to be ALL you can be.

No, the CMoH is awarded for putting your life on the line and going above and beyond the call of duty. Basically in order to get this, you have to do something that should kill you (jumping on a grenade, charging a machine gun nest).

Actually, knowing that you were the guy to put a hole in UBL's head is reward enough. He is probably the happiest man on the earth right now.
The CMoH is not awarded for actions like that.
