What's the highest military ranking to ever receive the Medal of Honor?

I'm just curious, has a lieutenant, captain, or higher officer rank ever received a Medal of Honor? What's the highest military ranking to ever receive the Medal of Honor?
Admiral James Stockdale (O-10) "four-star Admiral" for conduct while a prisoner of war in Vietnam.

Among other things, the man broke both his arms so he couldn't be in a propaganda film. At the time he was a Squadron Commander (O-6 or O-7) and not a full Admiral.

For the record there have been SEVERAL officers awarded the MOH for valor. Smedley Butler was given the distinction on two separate occasions, the first time as a Major.

Edit: Stacey, I don't have the power to thumbs down you six times. The entire YA! Community thinks you're ("ur") stupid. What's the highest military ranking to ever receive the Medal of Honor?
Cap. Lance P Sijan received the Medal of Honor posthumously. His plane went down and he evaded the enemy for a month before being captured. Then he escaped and was recaptured. He never gave up, and they never got him to break down.
